Die Struck Badges
Die Struck Pin Badges are enamel badges, without enamel infilling. Because there is no colour infilling you can achieve higher levels of detail. Die struck badges are a great choice for gold, silver and bronze style awards and achievements. They are also the best choice for antique plating.
Minimum order: 25 per design.
(You can split one die struck badge order into multiple platings. The minimum plating split is 10. The base design must not change.)
Size: The average size of a die struck badge is 20mm, however you can have any size you like.
Thickness: 1.2 -2mm

Attachment: Aspinline recommends a rubber clutch as our most secure, standard and free attachment. But there are lots to choose from.

Aspinline offers a FREE Epoxy coating (but it is not required). An epoxy coating will protect the surface of your product, leaving a smooth, flat-to-touch finish.

We deliver using DHL, UPS & Royal Mail
Custom orders & orders over £99 + VAT are delivered via a courier tracked service, usually DHL.
Orders under £99 + VAT are delivered via Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail 48.
Sample requests are sent Royal Mail 24.
You can track all orders sent via DHL & UPS. Tracking information will be supplied upon the dispatch of your order, if you have not received these details please contact us and request them.
Goods delivered across international borders are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. Aspinline Ltd. will not be responsible for these charges.
Aspinline Ltd. is not responsible for the clearance of the goods in the final destination country. Please instruct Aspinline Ltd. to add third party contact details for the purpose of clearance in the destination country, if required.

The Supplier will replace any defective Goods at no charge. The Customer must inform the Supplier of any defects within 14 days of the date the Goods are delivered. The Supplier will replace any custom Goods that are not made as per the approved digital artwork proof at no charge. The Customer must inform the Supplier of any errors within 14 days of the date the Goods are delivered.
Custom Goods, Goods that have been made from an approved digital artwork proof are non-returnable.
All printed Goods are considered custom Goods and are non-returnable unless defective or not made as per the approved digital artwork proof.
We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use.
Image colour, lightness, and darkness are subjective and not grounds for returns.
