Custom orders

Anything we make to your design travels by tracked courier, usually DHL. There is one delivery charge per order, however many items it contains, shown at checkout or on your quote.

Lead times combine production and delivery, door to door. They start once you have approved your artwork proof and we have received payment. You can see the lead time on each product and quote page, or all of them in our production lead times guide.

Ready-made stock items and small batch patches

These are sent separately from custom orders. At checkout you choose Royal Mail 2nd Class, 1st Class, Tracked 24, next working day or Saturday delivery, and the price of each option is shown there.

Sample packs

Sample packs are sent by Royal Mail 48.

Tracking

We email your tracking details when your order is dispatched. If you have not received them, contact us at orders@aspinline.co.uk or on 0117 956 66 57.

We offer a RUSH service on many products. See our RUSH terms, or ask us before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Deliveries outside the UK

We deliver worldwide.

• Most European countries, Canada and the United States: the price at checkout already includes your country's import taxes and duties, so there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.
• Everywhere else: your country may charge import taxes and duties when the parcel arrives. These are paid by you, to the courier or your customs office.

If your country needs a local contact for customs clearance, give us their details when you order.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as per your approved proof, tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos if you can, and we will put it right. Full details are in our refund policy and terms and conditions.
