Every lanyard is made to your artwork with a free proof first, and ships tracked. Tell us the date you need them by and we plan production around it.

Send your logo as ai, eps, pdf, png or jpg, or just tell us the words and colours and we draw it up. Your free proof is created as soon as your order is placed, with unlimited revisions before production. Custom orders travel by tracked courier, usually DHL.

FLAT POLYESTER LANYARDS

• Minimum order: per design. (You can split one order into multiple colours. The minimum colour split is 10. The base design must not change. Extra charges may apply if a split is required).
• Size: 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm (this measurement refers to the width of the lanyard. Our most popular width is 15mm).
• Number of print colours: Maximum of 3 available (for more than 3 please check out our Heat Transfer Lanyards).
• Print colour: Choose from our stock colours or select a PANTONE colour from the Solid Coated PANTONE Chart.
• Lanyard colour: Choose from our stock colours or select a PANTONE colour from the Solid Coated PANTONE Chart. Please allow a +/- 10% tolerance range for PANTONE colour matching.
• Custom text and font: Add custom text and choose a font if you do not have any artwork to upload. You can also upload a logo alongside a text request.
• Attachments: Metal standard hook recommended by Aspinline.
• Additional attachments: This is where you can add additional options, like a safety breakaway.
• FREE Metal Crimp: Optional (recommended for added strength to the sewing line of the lanyard).
