Every order is made to your artwork with a free proof first, and ships tracked. Tell us the date you need them by and we plan production around it.

Running and cycling events, school sports days, awards and long service, clubs, competitions and commemoratives.

Send your logo as ai, eps, pdf, png or jpg, or just tell us the words and colours and we draw it up. Your free proof is created as soon as your order is placed, with unlimited revisions before production. Custom orders travel by tracked courier, usually DHL.

CUSTOM METAL MEDALS

This is a Zinc Alloy Medal. It can include 2D and 3D finishes, it can be any shape, and have holes and intricate design elements.

• Minimum order: per design.
• Medal size: In addition to our pre-set sizes for the longest dimensions, you can also have a bespoke size if required. This would be calculated based on the nearest medal size available.
• Thickness: 3mm (if you require a thicker medal please contact us for a quote).
• Base metal: Zinc Alloy

Enamel only (8 included)

No colour, plating only.

UV printing only

UV printing only and enamel plating

UV printing can be applied to any metal area, even 3D!

Please allow a +/- 10% tolerance range for PANTONE colour matching.

• Ribbon: Heat Transfer, full colour, double sided, CMYK ribbon. Any design, different designs front and back. 850mm length x chosen width.

Additional finishes:

Grit texture - Great for no colour medals to distinguish the difference between the levels of metal. Also great with colour medals where recessed metal is not filled with enamel.

Offset printing with an epoxy dome - Recommended if you would like to incorporate a photo or complex image that wouldn’t work in metal and enamel.

Glow in the dark enamel - Available in any colour.

Sequential numbering - Please ensure you allocate a space of raised metal to laser engrave the numbers successfully. You can have any number sequence you like.

• Presentation options: Medals will be supplied already packed in your chosen presentation option.
