- Size: The average size of a patch is 60mm, however you can have any size you like.

A PVC patch is moulded from soft, flexible PVC rubber. Each colour is a separate layer, so the design stands proud of the base in crisp raised detail. How are PVC patches made?
Liquid PVC is poured into a custom mould made from your design, with each colour filled into its own section and thin recessed lines between them. Once set, the patch is trimmed and finished with your chosen backing, giving a durable, flexible patch with a clean, bold finish that keeps its colour far better than fabric.
What is the 3D option?
Standard PVC patches are built in flat raised layers. 3D curvature sculpts the raised parts with rounded, contoured surfaces, for mascots, faces and anything that should look modelled rather than layered.
Are PVC patches waterproof?
Yes. PVC patches are weatherproof and water-resistant. They will not fray, fade or soak up moisture, so they suit outdoor clothing, sports kit, bags and equipment that gets wet regularly.
How do you attach a PVC patch?
PVC patches come with these backings: . Sew-on is the most permanent, and every sew-on PVC patch has a sewing channel around the edge to make stitching easy. Hook and loop is the tactical standard, letting the patch move between kit and be washed separately. Stick-on is for temporary use on hard surfaces or one-day events. Iron-on is not suitable for PVC.
