At Aspinline, the health & safety of our employees is our top priority.

We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and following advice provided by health authorities. 

Our office hygiene measures have been stepped up and we are ensuring all employees are:

- Reguarly washing their hands

- Using hand sanitiser

- Disinfecting workspaces

Any employee showing symptoms will be asked to self isolate at home for 7 days in line with current government advice. 

If we are required to close our office, we have solid plans in place for staff to work remotely from home. 

We also want to reassure you that we will still be offering the same level of service to all customers during this time and your experience with Aspinline will remain the same as always. 

If anything changes, we will make sure to notify all customers as soon as we can.

We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation at this time.

All our products have now resumed production.

Lead times throughout the website have been updated. 

We are sending out emails to specific customers with updates regarding this today.

More products are now restarting production.

More orders have been scheduled for production and will commence shortly.

No new updates at this stage.

Our production facility has been approved and re-opened for some of our products. Full approval is estimated 17-20/02/20.

We will be contacting all customers today with an update.

Our production facilities must meet strict quarantine procedures to prevent any further spread of the virus before they can re-open. The local Chinese government must approve our facilities before production can start again. All applications have been submitted and we now await approval.

Facility approval is estimated 17-20/02/2020.

05/02/20, 10:50:

Production will now resume on 13/02/20. A further closure extension was implemented by the Chinese Government today as a precaution. 

We will be assessing how this extension affects current delivery date schedules and we will provide updates ASAP.


04/02/20, 10:30:

We are continuing to send out delivery update emails to our customers with current orders. Lead times are being affected, but to a lesser degree than we first had anticipated, which is good news :)

Production of all our custom products will resume on 10/02/20.

If your order delivery date has been affected we will be providing updates to individuals directly, no later than 17:30 on 04/02/20. 

New orders: We are currently estimating 15-20 business day extensions of our standard lead times. 

Woven Patches, Woven Labels, PVC Keyrings, PVC Patches:

Our production facility staff (both administrative and production) for the products listed above will not be returning to work until 10/02/20. We will be providing an update via email this afternoon for customers ordering the products above. 


03/02/20, 09:50:

Some administrative staff at our production facilities have returned to work, and we are in contact with them.

We are beginning to provide some customers with updates delivery dates, these are being sent out this morning.

Production of our custom products will resume on 10/02/20.

If your order delivery date has been affected we will be providing updates to individuals directly, no later than 17:30 on 04/02/20. 

New orders: We are currently estimating 15-20 business day extensions of our standard lead times.
