Size: The average size of a patch is 60mm, however you can have any size you like.
Thickness: 1-2mm

Heat press, general application instructions (may need to be adapted based on garment and heat press):
Set the heat press to 150-175°C, 3-10KG of pressure.
Using a teflon/transfer sheet, pre-heat the garment in the heat press for 20 seconds.
Place the TPU Patch on the garment and secure it in place with heat proof tape.
Turn the garment inside out, so heat is being applied to the reverse of the patch.
Place a silicone pad directly over the front of the patch and a teflon sheet over the garment where it will come into contact with the heat press, now press for 12-15 seconds.
Peel away the clear carrier and thermal tape.
Washing instructions:
Wash inside out at 30 degrees Celsius.
Avoid tumble drying
Do not dry clean
Do not bleach
Supplying artwork:
Please supply artwork in vector format wherever possible.

Who will deliver my order?:
We deliver using DPD Local & Royal Mail (We use DHL or UPS for some international destinations).
Custom orders & orders over £50 + VAT are delivered via DPD Local.
Stock orders under £50 + VAT are delivered via Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail 48.
RUSH orders are delivered via DPD Local & DHL.
Sample requests are sent Royal Mail 24.
You can track all orders sent via DPD Local and DHL. Tracking information will be supplied upon the dispatch of your order, if you have not received these details please contact us and request them.
