Size Ranges:

Embroidered Patches

We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 150 x 150mm. But we can make smaller and larger patches than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

The largest size we can create is 533.4 x 533.4mm.

Woven Patches
We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 150 x 150mm. But we can make smaller and larger patches than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

The largest size we can create is 381mm x any size. 

PVC Patches
We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 35 x 35mm, maximum 110 x 110mm. But we can make smaller and larger patches than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

Printed Patches

We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 150 x 150mm. But we can make smaller and larger patches than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

TPU Patches

We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 112 x 112mm. But we can make smaller and larger patches than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

Chenille Patches

We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 350 x 350mm. But we can make smaller and larger patches than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.
 

Woven Labels
We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 124 x 124mm. But we can make smaller and larger labels than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

The largest size we can create is 381mm x any size.

Soft Enamel Badges, Die Struck Badges, Hard Enamel Badges, Offset Badges
We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 10 x 10mm, maximum 50 x 50mm. But we can make smaller and larger badges than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering. 

Enamel Keyrings
We offer online ordering for sizes: minimum 25 x 25mm, maximum 60 x 60mm. But we can make smaller and larger keyrings than this range. Please request a quote here if you require a size that is not available through online ordering.

Hints, Tips and Things to Consider:

Here are some recommendations and things to keep in mind when you’re deciding on the size of your order:

• When it comes to embroidered patches, if your design is very detailed and/or includes text, you might want to go a bit larger with your patch size, so that the detail can be seen better. Maybe Heat Transfer Patches or Woven Patches are a better option: Woven Patches vs. Embroidered Patches - Which Should I Go With?
   
• Merrowed borders may appear larger on smaller sized patches, so this may influence the size of patch you decide to order.
   
• For woven labels, due to the properties of woven label material and the process of production, please allow for size tolerances of ± 1-2 MM. Please also note that Aspinline will not automatically add extra space for an application sewing line onto your woven labels. Please add this extra space into your designs (we recommend 5mm for a sewing line).

For all other Aspinline products the size is set, and we do not have any in-between size ranges. These set sizes apply to the following products:
