How To Make a RUSH Order

Need your order in a hurry? No worries, you can upgrade to a RUSH order with Aspinline!
You can request a RUSH order by completing our GET A FREE QUOTE forms and selecting RUSH deliver! under the Lead times drop down.
The RUSH charge covers the following:
- Your order is given high priority in the production queue and a slot in production is reserved.
- We create the artwork proof within 1-2 hours, compared to 1-2 days as standard.
- We dedicate more man hours to the production of your product.
- Your order is sent from our production facility in China as a priority, using an express service.
If you are happy to move ahead please accept the quote which will trigger the order process.
For us to meet the offered delivery date/lead time, we will require you to accept the quote on the day of acceptance, no later than *3pm*, we then ask you to:
> To promptly pay the invoice in full
> To approve the artwork proof or request changes as soon as the proof is received
The order must be paid and approved no later than 5pm on the day of acceptance.
Artwork for approval will be sent once the invoice has been paid in full.
Please keep checking your emails throughout the day. If we don’t hear from you we will always call and give you a gentle nudge to keep the process moving along :)
Important points to note:
- RUSH orders are a risk.
- RUSH charges will apply and will be stated in your final quote.
- The RUSH charge and/or product cost will not be refunded if we do not deliver based on the offered delivery date/lead time.
- Based on our overall experience there is a 7.5% chance RUSH goods could arrive late. Please only move ahead if you are willing to accept this risk.
- For us to meet the offered delivery date/lead time, we would require you to complete the following (in most cases) *by 5pm* on the day of acceptance:
- To pay the invoice in full
- To approve the artwork proof
- Aspinline makes every effort to deliver RUSH goods originating from our overseas production facility based on the offered delivery date/lead time. (RUSH goods being goods delivered faster than standard estimated lead times).
- Aspinline Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods.
- Artwork for approval will be sent once the invoice has been paid in full.
